CURRENT OPENINGS:

ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATOR

Objective:

Performs a variety of accounting clerical tasks in Accounts Payable. Reviews and enters invoices for accuracy, cost code, and verification of transaction entries.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of accounting principals and job costing.

We are looking for a Benefits & HR Coordinator who will be responsible for all of the following functional areas: benefits administration, back up to payroll processing, processing certified payrolls and employee file maintenance. Assist Director of Administration in administering EEOC and AAP laws and plan documents.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in administering employee benefit plans and payroll processing. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Superior verbal/written and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills essential.
