Project Description:

This project is new construction of a 23-story, 350,000 square foot luxury hotel and conference center. The features include:  a Grand Ballroom, Three World Class Restaurants, a Roof Garden and Lounge, 50,000 square feet of State of the Art Classrooms and Conference rooms, 308 Guestrooms, Eleven Luxury Rooms, and Two Presidential Suites.

Project Details:.

Our work consists of plumbing associated with 5 Restaurants, Conference Center, Ballroom, and 318 Hotel Suites. We installed over 110,000 linear feet of plumbing pipe and 1,200 plumbing fixtures.  Our mechanical included installation of over 28,000 feet of piping, sheet metal ductwork including kitchen exhaust systems to support  the restaurants, Chillers, Air Handling units, Cooling towers, Water Source Heat Pumps, and Boiler Systems.
