Project Description:

This project was for the renovation of a 10-Story, 285,000 square foot Class A office building that will house 2,000 corporate employees once completed. Two Commercial Place is located in the heart of Norfolk’s Central Business District.

Project Details:

Our work consists of providing core and shell plumbing and HVAC designs.

Our Plumbing work consists of renovation of all restrooms with new sinks and upgraded fixtures and providing one additional ADA compliant restroom at each floor for a total of two compliant restrooms on each floor.

Our mechanical work consists of removal of two cooling towers, refurbishing two cooling towers, and refurbishing or replacement of two existing chillers. We are also providing replacement air handling units on each floor in existing air handler locations, new high pressure duct from new air handlers, VAV systems throughout the building, and new controls system for the building.
