Project Description: This job was a 16,000 sq. ft. renovation of the 5th floor patient rooms east wing and addition of 6th level penthouse.  We renovated the 5th floor and coordinated 4th floor overhead plumbing work with RRMC staff (occupied space / existing patient rooms)

Project Details:  Our work included replacement of all DWV piping and plumbing fixtures.  We also installed a new 18,000 CFM Trane Air Handling Unit with chilled and hot water coils and electrode humidifiers, VAV boxes, exhaust fans, and BAS Controls system.
