Dave is a 1985 graduate of Christopher Newport College holding a B.S. in Business Management with a double concentration in Accounting and Economics. He also earned his Master’s Degree in Business through the College of William and Mary. He joined WPH in 2012 as the Controller until becoming the Chief Financial Officer in 2013, where he oversees our Accounting Department and related financial areas.

Dave is currently the Chairman of the Board of Advisors of the Luter School of Business at Christopher Newport University. He serves as a Trustee on the CNU Education foundation where he is an adjunct professor, and co-faculty advisor of the CNU Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Dave holds a private pilot’s license.

Dave and his wife Angela have been married 32 years and live in Newport News and have two children, Stephen 28 and Casey 26.
