Ron was appointed President of Warwick Mechanical Group in early 2026. Since joining the company in 2012 as Vice President of Warwick Mechanical Service, he has played an integral role in the company’s growth and success. 

With more than 34 years of experience in the mechanical HVAC and controls industry, Ron has held leadership positions with Carrier, York, and Johnson Controls. His expertise spans service operations, facility management, customer service, and business leadership. 

As President, Ron is responsible for guiding the company’s strategic direction while reinforcing Warwick Mechanical Group’s commitment to exceptional customer service, employee ownership, and long-term growth. 

Ron is an active member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and the Mechanical Service Contractors of America (MSCA). He also serves as Committee Chairman of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. 

Ron earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Averett University and also holds an Associate of Science in Engineering and an Electrical Engineering Certificate from Tidewater Community College. 

He and his wife, Shannon, reside in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
