Dave is a 1985 graduate of Christopher Newport College holding a B.S. in Business Management with a double concentration in Accounting and Economics. He also earned his Master’s Degree in Business through the College of William and Mary. He joined WPH in 2012 as the Controller until becoming the Chief Financial Officer in 2013, where he oversees our Accounting Department and related financial areas.

Dave has served on numerous boards over the years ranging from the Boys and Girls Club to the Christopher Newport University Education Foundation. He is past Chair of the CNU Luter School of Business Board of Advisors and was also an Adjunct Professor.  Currently, Davis is a charter member of the CNU Athletic Advisory Council and is the Founder of the CNU Quarterback Club.

Dave holds a private pilot’s license.

Dave and his wife Angela live in Newport News and have two adult children, Stephen and Casey, and two grandsons.
