Project Description:

When Canon needed a new assembly facility for their advanced ink cartridge process, they came to Warwick to assist in the design process to make sure they had a building that would be operational in record time. The 800,000 SF building was completed in ten months, two months ahead of schedule.

Project Details:

The manufacturing floor was fully heated and cooled utilizing chillers and steam boilers. We installed 72,000 feet of pipe on 40 ft. pre-fabricated pipe racks, 30 feet above the ground. The racks were fabricated in our Hampton Virginia fabrication facility and transported to the job site. 93,000 man hours were worked and the project was completed in a record 10 month time frame.
